- Karthik Surya Sadhana (as shared in another answer)
- Gayatri mantra
- Meditation on manipura
The navel center is considered as very important among the Buddhist monks and also in martial arts. Both Surya Sadhana and Gayatri mantra are related to manipura chakra. Intuition will come from there. I speak this from experience. Hope this helps 🙏
