- You need to take care of your body and exercise properly
- We don't need to be dead serious about life

Eventually nothing matters in life. With time people show their vested interests.

Listen more talk less. It has lot of benefits. It took me a while to realize this. There is lot of peace of mind because when you talk you get into conflict especially if you not conscious of what you talk .
