Walk the Dragon

Almost three years ago, I had made a statement in an interview where I said that the era of generalists is over. That the world belongs to specialists. 

And then AI happened. 

The world has not been the same since then. If you think your job is safe, no matter what your profession, think again. Will AI be able to perform your job is no longer the right question. It is when AI will be able to do your job. Not only the very ground we stand on is shifting beneath us but we are dealing with a transformative force like never before. So much so that I no longer hold the same opinion. The new world now belongs to generalists again. For all things deep and specialized, AI has arrived already. 

I don’t mean to spell doom and gloom and at any rate, this post is not about AI but my own mission to help brilliant leaders prepare for the future. A future that is arriving so fast that it’s already here. 

Nearly five years ago, I took on a select few individuals for life coaching. I had the opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds across various walks of life—CEOs, CxOs, entrepreneurs, and just some very sharp individuals who were ready to push beyond their comfort zones. 80% of those coachees did exceptionally well. Whether it was quadrupling their income in some cases or getting a 30x growth on the stock price of another one, together we created employment for more people. 

And then, 300 of you joined me for the 7-week virtual retreat Walk the Dragon. Most of you gave sterling testimonials. 

But due to numerous demands on my time, I stopped life coaching, saving a couple of CEOs where we were in the middle of transformation.

Birth of Something Deeper

I will be writing regularly on Walk the Dragon (WTD) and holding webinars every two months with themes and topics almost exclusively of use to the senior most leaders in any industry.

Today, I am thrilled to announce the new chapter in Walk the Dragon. I have been working with a diverse set of people for over a year to bring this to you. Unlike the virtual retreat, this time my focus is only CxOs and business leaders.
