  • I am Mina Om Shah, I work in the educational sector, my role is to teach. I work with the ages of 4-5 year olds and I have been in this profession for 6 years. The children really are my inspiration and joy. The role is very rewarding and I am very much dedicated to deliver the best I can for my children. I believe that any form of positive nurturing and care starts from the time you as a soul take place in to the mother's womb. This nurturing and care is the foundation to a positive and bright future. I find cooking and walking in nature very therapeutic, therefore have made this my hobby. In my working role, I have the advantage of being artistic, which I thoroughly enjoy.

  • A servant. A survivor. An eternal student. Born, raised, lived and learned in London, England. Now, by the Grace of my Guru, Om Swami ji, I am an evolving monk living in the Himalayan hills. I don't know very much, but life has given me one incredible roller-coaster of a ride. Perhaps my ramblings may be of some interest to you, thank you for reading them. With His Grace, Jai Sri Hari! 🙏🏻 🙂 ❤️

  • Student for life..

  • In my BA final year, in 2001 an accident resulting in a head injury completely changed my life. Doctors declared that I would not live for more than a couple of hours, as my brain wasn't receiving enough oxygen. Miracles do happen, but it wasn't a thorough one. I survived, but just to know that my brain had suffered some irreparable damage, known as dystonia. Having followed Nichiren Buddhism and his philosophy for 8 years, my life transformed. I'm here because I used to enjoy writing articles on various topics. Moreover, on moral grounds, I should be able to afford my medicines . I would like to become an asset to my family rather than a sense of burden. Hence, I’ve built a subdomain of mine as well as I am writing here. I would highly appreciate your support.
