Once or twice a year, it so happens that I devote an entire post to some important announcement. Today is one such day.

The day of Black Lotus.

I thought long and hard about what I should tell you about this powerful meditation app in its new avatar. What and how much should I share with you without boring you with the details? Why meditation and why Black Lotus?

And then I felt this under 3-min video will answer both questions:

Just as it’s proven beyond a doubt that High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for the body is a super-efficient and effective way of keeping your body fit, Black Lotus is HIIT for your mind. That is, short sprints of deliberate and mindful meditation are more powerful than long durations of slack meditation.

To put sharp and lucid sessions of meditation into practice, sprinkled with interesting mindful activities, we have built a unique framework called RARE. Simply put, RARE stands for Reflect-Act-Reinforce-Evaluate. It requires a commitment of 14-19 mins every day (depending on the goal you choose within the app) to experience lasting self-transformation.

If you want fun or feel-good meditation, you have a myriad of choices but if you are serious about mastering meditation, there’s nothing better than Black Lotus out there.

After a journey of four years, thousands of hours and gallons of midnight oil, the world’s best meditation app is finally here. Plus, not to mention the hundreds of thousands of dollars already invested in the app, 95% of which was funded by our board members. We have brought it as far as we could.

The new version of the app requires a subscription. This is the only path to sustainability. The monthly subscription is Rs. 199 and annual, Rs. 2499. This is introductory pricing, and the monthly and annual subscriptions can only be activated from the Black Lotus app itself. If you are an existing user, simply update the app, or if you are a new user, download it from the app store. Links below:

Thank you for joining me on this beautiful journey. I look forward to welcoming you to the world of Black Lotus.

Oh, and one more thing: I’d like to draw your attention to the fact that I’ve never called os.me the best platform in the world, or my posts the best out there, or my books to be the best because “best” is a demanding word. But I’ve called Black Lotus the best meditation app in the world. You know why? Because it is. Certainly so in terms of what it can do for a serious practitioner.

Peace.
