Few years back I have read this book “Zero limit ” ! Its one of my favorite reads . I would like to share the summary of this amazing book.
There is guy Dr. Hew Len his full name is Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len. He is a therapist . He cures people’s diseases without seeing and meeting them. With a technique called “Ho’oponopono” .
Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice still in use today and is well-known for the miracle it does in clearing negativity from one’s mind and thought. It is believed to be designed to wipe out all the negativity in our thoughts and those blocks that are keeping us miserable.
In this book Dr. Hew Len explained that he worked at Hawaii State Hospital for three
years. The ward where they kept the criminally insane was dangerous. Psychologists quit on a monthly basis. The staff called in sick a lot, or simply quit. People would walk through that ward with their backs against the wall, afraid of being attacked by patients. It was not a pleasant place to live, work, or visit.
Dr. Hew Len that he never saw patients professionally.
He never counseled with them. He agreed to review their files.
While he looked at those files, he would work on himself. As he
worked on himself, patients began to heal.
When asked How did yo do it he told
It’s all about 100 percent responsibility for everything in your life: everything. He says his work is
about cleaning himself. That’s it. As he cleans himself, the world gets
clean, because he is the world. All outside of him is projection and
When asked Dr. Hew Len how he went about healing himself. What
was he doing, exactly,
He replied when he looked at those patients’ files .
“I just kept saying ‘I’m sorry’ and ‘I love you’ over and over
again,” he explained.
It turns out loving yourself is the greatest way to improve your-
self .And as you improve yourself, you improve your world.
Be 100% responsible of everything no matter it relate to you or to some other person whatever comes your way take absolute responsibility of it and then -There are simply four statements that you say over and over,
nonstop, addressing them to the Divine.
“I love you.”
“Please forgive me.”
You have to reach the state of void ( Divine Intelligence )
When some problems comes in your memory thru your conscious mind
Here How this process works
1. Conscious Mind initiates the Ho’oponopono problem solving
process, a petition to Divine Intelligence to transmute memories
to Void. It acknowledges that the problem is memories replaying
in its Subconscious Mind, and that it is 100 percent responsible
for them. The petition moves down from the Conscious Mind into
the Subconscious Mind.
2. The down flow of the petition into the Subconscious Mind gently
stirs memories for transmutation. The petition then moves up to
the Superconscious Mind from the Subconscious Mind.
3. The Superconscious Mind reviews the petition, making changes as
appropriate. Because it is always in tune with Divine Intelligence, it
has the capacity to review and make changes. The petition is then
sent up to Divine Intelligence for final review and consideration.
4. After reviewing the petition sent up by the Superconscious Mind,
Divine Intelligence sends transmuting energy down into the Su-
5. Transmuting energy then flows from the Superconscious Mind
down into the Conscious Mind.
6. And transmuting energy then flows down from the Conscious
Mind into the Subconscious Mind. The transmuting energy first
neutralizes designated memories. The neutralized energies are
then released into storage, leaving a Void.
