Every ONE

I just went through a post written by meera mam here on os.me
Which awakened certain thoughts in me..which were resting since sometime….

I was automobile sales field for 9 years….following to my education in the same field…

I had the opportunity of meeting many people….many minds…a few hearts….
Here I mentally came to an conclusion that every single time..
The action is important only after which there will be an reaction…
Now the action here from your mind or from your heart…the one from the heart always and always showers humane actions…
But the one from the mind needs to double checked before bringing them to the opposites face…

I met many people…. Farmers,software engineers,IAS officer,food and health departments officers,high court judges,police officers, NRIs,
Government officials/employees,
Doctors, engineers,clerks,carpenters,goldsmiths, all daily wages workers……….etc etc (almost all sorts of professionals)

But all I saw was people coming in..walking in to our showrooms/retails/workplaces….yes we would see them as prospects that would bring us business..in turn earning…in turn a living…
But before that I would see them just as people like ourselves walking up to us for their needs to be addressed…that is it…
I would address them like..
“Hello sir welcome…how can I help you?”
Or
Hello Mam welcome…how can I help you?”
Here I didn’t even know what professions they were tagged with….
Its only after some exchange of kind words for sometime only did I come to know about their profession….post to which nothing changed…
My clients always a mirror to me..I gave them good they gave me good…
Yes there were people…adamant..stubborn…. So self centered….
And they got what they gave….!
Nothing in extra but worth…

I always saw people for what they where in real…I never judged them
Not even today..but its wonderful looking back at those days today and see the conversations were clean and never mean…
Not many came in with their tags (educational qualification/professions/their financial status)

Those conversations never turned around to any bad conversations later…it was exchange of kind words..gestures till the end…
Its been two years I’m out of that field now…still somehow they search my personal contact and get in touch with me over the phone…

I see here that everyone is the same and should and must be treated always the same…you should always treat others how you treat yourself…atleast when comes to the action in the first place..there always a space for improvement…which we need to keep checking in on often…

Profession is for a living…education is for a profession…
You make money is good for you and the society…
Money makes you is worst for you and bad for the society…

No one is big
No one is small
Everyone is same
And that’s all !
