Most people have ideas and dreams they’ll never actually not because they are not smart enough or the energy levels it takes to take consistent action, which is the only way to make your dreams come true.
I suffered from this; I was too lazy, so I can personally vouch for that,
Working out will improve your mood and energy levels in more ways than you think; I don’t know if its the adrenaline or stretching your skin, or the share amount of effort that it takes to wake you up from even your most intense slumber, but working out has changed my life. Even if it’s just stretching, you should add exercise to your everyday life, and I promise you’ll have the energy to go through the day.

There is also the added advantage of accidentally building a great body; while you work out for energy purposes, the confidence that brings is also beautiful to witness.
