Around 11 years ago, had a mystical experience during the jyoti mudra which transformed my mind for a few months. At that time I was not following any guru. Had psychological disorders later due to unguided meditation. Took medications for few years as advised by the doctors and things were ok.

But the urge continued to find an awakened guru and learn a technique to make the mind calm. The divine heard my prayers and finally I find my guru who is a dhyaan yogi.

Told my guru about my mystical experience…. He said it’s just an illusion!!!

I exclaimed… just an illusion???

My GURU then said that you can accept it as an invitation to spirituality!

WOW these words made me so inspired… and till date I continue my meditation…

On 30 may 2022 I had an even greater mystical experience( very much accepted in the kriya yoga tradition)…but I take it as an illusion as a kriya yogi once said to me that all is illusion but a good illusion takes you to god…

I could get rid of my medications (take very very rarely SOS, sometimes one pill in 6 months that too only if the sleep is disturbed for few days due to over indulgence in any work).

The transformation I have experienced after doing meditation is phenomenal and that is the reason why I chose to share the technique of yogic breathing, that came naturally to me with all the seekers of divinity.

Meditation as taught by my guru is an ancient technique and helps greatly to achieve thoughtless awareness… the yogic breathing and jyoti mudra help to make the mind ready for meditation.

My inner journey continues…

Whether I get self-realised or not, one thing is absolutely true that the basic kriya yoga technique definitely helps to make the mind very very peaceful besides improving the physical health…
