How to activate the sixth sense
Following are some of the ways to activate the sixth sense in you. You will have to follow these over a period of time and should not expect results overnight.
This is the easiest way to work on the sixth sense. Meditation calms your mind, and that’s what you need if you want your sixth sense to work with you. When you meditate, your mind feels calmer and more relaxed. This will help you hear your inner voice. If it is not long, you should meditate for at least 10 minutes each day.
This is another easy way to awaken your sixth sense. It can be a candle, a ball, a lamp, whatever. You should look as long as possible without blinking. Doing it every day will help strengthen your sixth sense.
Connect with Nature
It’s really hard to spend time enjoying the beauty of nature as we are all busy with work schedules. We can reconnect with ourselves by simply staying in nature, strolling in the garden, seeing beautiful flowers and listening to birdsong.
Keep a record of your dreams
There are days when I dream of something strange and ignore it. But these dreams can be a sign of something that is likely to happen in your life. Dreams play in your subconscious when you sleep, and they can be linked to your life in general. The next morning, you need to write down what you dreamt about. This will help you understand what is happening in your head and enhance your intuition.
Pranayama is a powerful breathing exercise that helps in awakening the sixth sense in you. When you do pranayama, the prana (air) reaches the brain and it will strengthen your sixth sense.
Feel The Vibes
You must stop ignoring what your mind is indicating. You may feel that something goes wrong or that the person you are talking to has the wrong intention. If you feel such a danger, act accordingly and don’t ignore the alarming bells ringing in your mind.
