Depression can be classified as mood disorder. It is feelings of sadness, loss, or anger that interfere or manages with a person’s everyday activities.
Human being can be depressed due to many factors , but Important things is how to overcome with one’s depression.
We need to identify the cause of depression by analysing the daily routine, sleeping pattern and our behaviour towards ourselves and others.
