Dear osme family,
A long time since I have written here. Blame it totally on my laziness for not writing. So lazy that i could not think or write my goal for January. I do have a valid reason for that. I was super excited at the same time humbled to go to my very first Ashram visit, Swamiji’s Grace alone (See i did not even write about it. That lazy!). Will come up with it soon.
But don’t want to loose the chance of bettering myself by achieving small goals through the terrific idea suggested by Nikunj ji! I wont be making a vision board but would like to announce my February goal.( Never too late to start something good!)
DOING A 10 MINUTE SHAVASANA or YOG NIDRA ATLEAST ONCE A DAY.
Its preferable to do Shavasana after workout or asanas, but mostly I have to rush to prepare breakfast for my MIL, so would be doing it just before going to sleep. It has many health benefits as it relaxes the whole body and helps in preventing life style diseases. Also an excellent yoga for High BP, which i suffer from. I was just not able to find time to do it, but not now, since i am announcing it here I will stick to it.
I will go month wise to announce my monthly goals.
