Sri Krishnamacharya Ji is the father of yoga.

He was an Indian yoga teacher. Some Hindu writings also suggest that lord shiva, also known as Adiyogi, is the father of yoga and the first yogi.

  • Strengthen shoulder, abdomen and spine
  • Helps to prevent diabetes
  • Improves cardiovascular health
  • Increase focus 
  • Improve blood circulation
