I became conscious of my anxiety and the depressing situation at school when I was 17 and found myself sitting in a toilet stall, afraid to leave. 

Nothing particular had occurred; I was simply panicked and upset. This escape to the bathroom has become a frequent habit during stressful moments — throughout the years; it has happened during a party or other evening out; before, during, or after a meeting; or during an ‘away-day’ or ‘team-building’ exercise.  

Most of the time, everything is alright. Over the years, I’ve dealt with my issues using various methods, including denial, antidepressants, psychotherapy, yoga, and mindfulness. But then I realised to progress. So, Before a meeting, I thought to myself,
