My humble Pranaams to each one of you, my dear Os.me readers. Also, a huge thank you for reading all my posts. 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Navaratri is behind us now. Our beloved Swami has opened up the Ashram. I’m sure this has created a festive mood in many people. And Deepavali is just around the corner. Lot’s happening out here, and this season of festivity is always welcome! 😊

Recently, I came across a couple of beautiful things and wanted to share them with you. One is a poem I liked, and another is an enjoyable video. Further, there’s also a bhajan I sang and uploaded (whether it is good or bad, that’s all you get from me 😉).

A Poem

Below is a poem by Tenzin Gyatso, the Dalai Lama XIV. I admire the fact that his writings and teachings are as simple as him. I hope you can relate to his call for peace and compassion as much as I did. Here:

No matter what is going on
Never give up
Develop the heart
Too much energy in your country
Is spent developing the mind
Instead of the heart
Be compassionate
Not just to your friends
But to everyone
Be compassionate
Work for peace
In your heart and in the world
Work for peace
And I say again
Never give up
No matter what is going on around you
Never give up

My Bhajan

Even though I can sing a bit, being a vocalist is not my forte. But hey, that can’t stop me from trying! Can it? 😊 So, here’s something from me in honor of the Divine Mother:

A Video I Enjoyed

Watch this amazing Gita Summary by Will Smith. I thoroughly enjoyed the way he seamlessly connected it to a Christian teaching by his grandmother:

Hope you enjoyed all three of my shares. My warmth and adoration to each one of you.
