Who doesn’t want to feel high and euphoric at all times?

Even, mantra chanting and meditation do not guarantee permanent bliss or euphoria (Unless in an advanced state).

But, regular physical exercise does give euphoria and a state to feel high always, whichever state of mind one is in.

When you feel low, if you exercise, it gives you a high. 

If you already feel a high due to meditation/chanting, then exercising after meditation makes you feel still higher and elevated.

This has been my experience.

So, when you combine exercise and meditation, it becomes a lethal combination to feel high and euphoric.

This I realized, when I started to regularly exercise along with Sadhana, based on  Om Swami’s post  ‘Health’.

As I exercised, this strategy came to my mind. I have named it the MEEK strategy.

M editate everyday

E xercise everyday

E at less everyday

K eep calm every day & be mindful every moment.

It’s an easy mnemonic to keep track of oneself for better physical & mental health.

If you add book reading and listening to music to the MEEK strategy, I am sure the chances to feel low/lonely and bored is nil, as one will always be in a healthy, high, euphoric state of mind throughout the day.
