Appreciation can change a day, even change a life. Your willingness to put it into words is all that is necessary.—Margaret Cousins

Gratitude is the word that comes by your heart when you feel gratitude towards others.

Yesterday one of my professors got retired and he spoke about the life events that changed him by simply practicing the attitude of gratefulness for the resources he has got. He advised all of us to give their gratitude to all of the people and told us that someway or other, this would definitely cause some impact on our life.

I decided to message all the people with my words of gratitude. Although it’s very embarrassing and a little awkward to send the message because sometimes you never think what the other people think toward your gratitude. I thought they might chuckle at my message and think that I am sugar-coating things to get something from them. A lot of things came through my mind throughout the day but at the end of the day, I got some courage and have sent the message.

And response toward gave my gratitude was wonderful. My mom went into tears on seeing the message which I never expected. So my point toward this answer is that if you feel to say something, never conceal your thoughts in your heart. It’s better to speak the words which are confined in your heart.

It really makes people valuable.

Sometimes given gratitude is not just a show-off but it’s really meant to be.

Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions. The more you express gratitude for what you have, the more likely you will have even more to express gratitude for

There are many other ways to express gratitude, such as feeling it for the food we consume or for the home that we live in.

Ideally, gratitude is something we can experience at every moment of our life, but this is something that usually only highly spiritual people do. It’s possible for everyone to live this way, but it requires a certain level of personal development.

Gratitude allows us to live a fulfilling life, in which we understand that absolutely everything that happens to us, even all of the negative stuff, happens for a reason. By developing an attitude of gratitude, we will learn to respect all life’s lessons, and therefore live a much more meaningful life.
