Self-Love is an Ocean, and your heart is a vessel. Make it full, and any excess will spill over into the lives of the people you hold dear. But you must come first.” Beau Taplin.

I came across a statement when I read, ‘the monk who sold his Ferrari” by Robin Sharma, ‘ That we can’t fill a cup full as it will spill over. When considered and pondered upon, the statement fits when we sit down to listen to someone. As if we sit with a notion that we know everything then we can’t add new knowledge or skills in our arsenal.

A fascinating statement, when we want to learn new things, but then I met my Monk,’ Who sold his Porsche’ and what I first learnt from him was,” Love, Live, Laugh, Give’, and then came the word ‘ Peace’ which I copied without his permission and then it struck me that what is the importance of abundance of these single magic words.

Love: Said to be the most powerful word in the dictionary. The word which brings a sensation in your body and is bliss, the more you give the more you receive. The language of love is such that you don’t need words for it but just the eyes and the rest is done.

Live: we have always heard” live and let live” the more we ponder on this statement the humbler we become. If we follow this it brings us into harmony with people and society around us. If we are the kind we automatically fall in love with us.

Laugh: Smile is a magic word, and it is said to be the most contagious(Don’t believe me, smile towards a stranger today and post the response). It can be quoted like yawning. One yawn in the room and all follows.

Give: the more you give the more you receive” spiritual texts talk about charity, religions around the world talk about it. Though people have made and understood it as a trade, but it is to rotate and support the economy( tricked, I was also) Economist call it the multiplier effect and in spirituality it is called Grace.

The last one PEACE:

Buddha talked about it that if you are at peace with yourself, you will be at peace with everyone, and Yes Swami taught it and Practices are WAO( RAK in Black Lotus)

So, if someone say self-love is ego and being self-centered, let it be, let them seek things from their view. But fact remains the same if you can’t love yourself, if you can’t respect yourself, you can never be happy and content in your life.

Cause charity begins at home, so love yourself so much that you have it in abundance to get the max and when you have the max then only can raise your standard of parting away.

And in the end, Bliss is what you will find
