When we are sprituality inclined meditation is vital,there are thousands of ways of doing meditation,I will explain one ,at your home clean your room and sounding make your room beautiful and keep a water pot nearby you and you can sit on a bed or on the ground wherever and however you feel comfortable then you relax for 5 mins with deep breathing and then you can concentrate on your breathe,or a mantra at least for an hour ,and in this process your eyes should be closed and back should be straight .Don’t expect results to come in one day they will come slowly. If you feel tired in the middle drink some water and don’t stop start doing it again, in-between you can have 5 times deep breathing so that your energy level won’t be down.

Don’t eat anything in-between and don’t get disturbed , maintain peace with yourself and always feel comfortale.
