Two-Thirds of all major cities will drown along with the whole coastline of the world because of the imminent sea level rise induced by the climate change. Even our country will loose all of its coastline along with the beaches. Major cities like Kandla, Okha, Bhavnagar, Mormugao, Mangalore, Cochin, Paradip, Khidipur, Vishakhapatnam, Tuticorin, Mumbai and Chennai will also submerge in the sea.

At 2 Degree of warming- hurricanes, flooding, wildfires will also increase to unprecedented levels. The produce from the agricultural yields will decrease due to increasing temperatures which will mean we will have less food to give to rapidly increasing world population. 

The rapidly deteriorating condition of world’s climate is causing our country, a lot of challenges already. Like our monsoon patterns are showing concerning trends. Monsoons hit India on the first of june every year on an average. But this date is getting extended every year. Now monsoons usually hit our country around 15 june whereas around this time the monsoons used to cover the entire country, just a few years back.
